A local resident submitted for it to be fixed to the city.
Here are the ways to notify the city of things that need repair.

El Dorado Hills: Please call 916-933-6624 during business hours (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm) to report issues. After hours, please call the emergency on-call number: 916-825-6690.

Want to report an abandoned vehicle in your neighborhood? Burned out streetlight on your block? In Folsom, there’s an app for that.
The City of Folsom launched See Click Fix Folsom, a free app that improves the public’s ability to submit and track non-emergency service requests through an online and mobile platform. The place-based reporting platform allows residents to document neighborhood concerns and improvements, ranging from litter and flooding to damaged sidewalks and malfunctioning traffic signals.
With the online and mobile reporting platform, residents can report concerns through service request categories via the City of Folsom website, mobile applications (iPhone, Android), Facebook App, and SeeClickFix.com. When submitting issues via mobile app, for example, residents can provide locational, descriptive, and photographic information as they see the issue in real time. Once an issue is submitted, the resident, City of Folsom staff, and anyone ‘watching’ the area will receive an alert. Folsom city staff members can then acknowledge the service request, route it to the proper department, and update the request once it’s been resolved.
