Official Rules
OFFICAL RULES: Anyone (family or individual) can sign up to participate. 300 max entries. Cost is $10.00 for the wood frame. No supplies are given except wood frame. Scarecrow must have 1 item of pink prominently displayed to be eligible to place. Palladio will display all scarecrows except top 20. Top 20 will be judged on October 24th, five winners will receive prizes on October 24th. (1st – $500.00 cash, 2nd -$200.00 cash, 3rd – $100.00 cash, 4th & 5th – $50.00 Spirit Halloween Gift Cards).
Sign up & buy your frame at Guest Services located behind H & M. Fully completed scarecrow entries must be received by 4:00 p.m. September 24th. No sharp objects or weapons are allowed. No offensive wording of any kind. No touchups allowed. Palladio provided frame must be used. All judges decisions are final. Placement of scarecrows are at the sole discretion of Palladio management. All proceeds benefit Paint Sacramento Pink. Palladio is not responsible for lost/damaged or stolen items.
