All parents need a shortcut in the kitchen on some nights right? This easy orange chicken recipe is one of my favorites on those nights I don't have a lot of time, so I need to share it with y'all!
I only need four ingredients and 20 minutes to get it on the table. Serve it with a side of steamed vegetables for a full meal.
Easy Orange Chicken
- 1 24 oz. bag of pre-cooked chicken nuggets
- 1 cup orange marmalade
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
MacKID tip: I recommend your BBQ sauce not to be too sweet (since the marmalade is already sweet).
Directions:
1. Warm the chicken, per the instructions on the bag.
2. Mix the marmalade, BBQ sauce, and soy sauce together. Microwave for 45 seconds. Mix again and microwave additional 45 seconds.
3. Pour the mixture over the chicken and toss.

Serve with rice and your favorite steamed vegetables for a quick and easy dinner that everyone in your family will love.
