I am a DONA International trained Birth Doula with additional education in breastfeeding and childbirth. A doula's duty is to provide a continuous source of comfort, encouragement and support (both emotional and physical) during labor and delivery. I will put moms in positions that will make laboring more comfortable. I will use massage and pressure point therapy to help alleviate pain. I will be your encouragement throughout the whole process. I will cheer you on as you breathe through each contraction. My goal is to make your labor as easy as possible.
