We have a cold plunge and infrared sauna room, for single 15 min cold plunge sessions and single 30 min sauna sessions are available as well as hot/cold therapy sessions for 60 or 90 min. 2 massage therapists providing all types of massage modalities like Swedish, deep tissue, sports, hot stone, lymphatic drainage and stretching session.
