Together We Move ~ Parent & Tots Yoga (1-5 yrs)
Come together with local families for a morning with your community. Toddlers and young children (ages 1 - 5 years old) are welcome to come move and groove with their mom or dad. Join us for a mommy and me yoga class!
We move with love, play in joy, ground in peace, and take on various forms and shapes in our bodies to free our minds and create presence together.
Join us for a playful yoga and movement session for little ones, instilling a love for their bodies, their heart, and their family. We close each session with story time and free play to build community and foster friendships.
Session is for the whole family ~ No need to pay an additional fee per child -
