• Pit gate opens at 2:00pm (unless otherwise announced)
• Pit Passes are sold via Pit Pay or at the Pit Booth
• Grandstands open at 3:00pm
• Sprint Car Qualifying at 5:30pm
• No outside food or beverages will be permitted. Smoking and/or vaping are limited to designated areas. No weapons of any kind are permitted. Bags and persons are subject to search upon entry. In and out privileges will be limited.
• Camping is available and space can be reserved by calling the El Dorado County Fairgrounds & Event Center at 530-621-5860.
• The El Dorado County Fairgrounds will charge $10 per vehicle to park.
• If your purchased event was cancelled by the venue, your order will be refunded within 2 weeks.  Season Ticket holders are NOT refunded for cancelled events.
