We are a "boot camp" in the sense that we are a group that does outdoor workouts together with a coach. Our philosophy replaces the scary reputation of traditional boot camp with encouragement and camaraderie, while still offering a workout that is challenging for many different levels of fitness.

Dignity Health Women's Services New Moms Support group can help new mothers learn about themselves, their new roles and coping with the changes and challenges new mothers experience. All new moms are welcome. There is no charge to participate.
This group is only for those who are planning to become pregnant, currently pregnant or in the postpartum period. We also have an amazing group of birth and postpartum workers in this group to support everyone.
Facebook group. Moms of Folsom and nearby who want to get out and about with their little ones. Add an event in advance or leave a post when you are headed to the park or somewhere fun so others can join up too.
This group is for parents of teens in the EDH and Folsom area to share support and information with one another.

Folsom Indian Moms & Kids Board Game meetup
This group is for like-minded moms who want to meet up to play board games [Snake & ladder, chinese checkers, chess, ...] with their kids & friends kids too. We take turns to host a meetup at each home. We meet up during summer vacation on weekdays. This provides a platform for kids to mingle with all age groups thus enhancing their people skills. Please Note: Kids should be of age 5 & up. Mom should accompany their kids to the meetup.
Come join us for a unique kind of Support Group for caregivers of children with special needs in the Folsom and El Dorado Hills area. This group focuses on supporting the glue that keeps your family together. You! Our mission is to support the emotional needs of moms and caregivers of children with autism and/or special needs. To create a safe place for women to come and share their thoughts, feelings, joys and frustrations with a living a life that may be different than anticipated.
Our group also meets once a month (usually the 3rd Thursday of the month) in El Dorado Hills at Raley's in the community room at the back of the store. Topics include anything from ABA to Parenting Difficult children to Estate planning and more! I will post an Eventbrite monthly with information about that month's guest speaker and to register. If anyone has a local provider, ABA vendor, Doctor, etc. who would be willing to speak at one of our events, please PM me!
Our group is open to any caregiver of any special needs child. It is not limited to only Moms and only autism. Although most of our members do have children on the Autism spectrum. Please feel free to post any local events or resources that you think might be helpful to other parents.
